LIC AMC announces change in key personnel

LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (‘SID’) of all the existing Schemes and Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of LIC Mutual Fund.

LIC Mutual Fund has informed that Mr. Prashant Thakkar shall cease to be the Investor Relations Officer with effect from 11th May 2025 on account of internal restructuring. However, he shall continue to be the Chief of Operations and Technology and Key Personnel for the Schemes of LIC Mutual Fund. 

Ms. Srividya Baliga has been appointed as an Investor Relations Officer with effect from 12th May 2025. She has been designated as a Key Personnel for the Schemes of LIC Mutual Fund. Brief details of Ms. Srividya Baliga are as follows: 

Srividya Baliga (44 years old), holds a B.Com degree. She has around 16 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Ms Baliga joined LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management on 12th May 2025. Before this position, she held the role of AVP in RTA Operations - Branch Operations and Investor Services at LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management (July 2022 – till date). Prior to joining LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management, she worked with PGIM Mutual Fund as Senior Manager - RTA Operations & Customer Service (October 2009 - March 2011 and February 2012 - July 2015), with FirstRand Group as Manager Treasury Operations (June 2008 - October 2009) and Fidelity Mutual Fund as Senior Executive - Banking Operations (April 2006 - May 2007).

In light of the above, the details of Investor Relations Officer appearing under the heading ‘Investor Services’ under ‘Highlights of the Scheme’ in the SID of all the existing Schemes of LIC Mutual Fund shall stand revised as ‘‘Ms. Srividya Baliga, Investor Relations Officer 4th Floor, Industrial Assurance Building, Opp. Churchgate Station, Mumbai – 400 020. Necessary or incidental changes in the above regard shall be made in the SID of all the existing Schemes and SAI of LIC Mutual Fund. This Notice cum Addendum forms an integral part of the SID of all the existing Schemes and SAI of LIC Mutual Fund as amended from time to time. All other contents of the SID of all the existing Schemes and SAI of LIC Mutual Fund remain unchanged.
