Invesco Asset Management (India) informs about Transfer of Units held in SoA / Non-Demat Mode

Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that, pursuant to AMFI Best Practice Guideline Circular No. 119/2025-26 dated May 08, 2025 read with AMFI Best Practices Guidelines Circular No. 116/2024-25 dated August 14, 2024, the standard procedure enabling transfer of units held in SOA (Non-Demat) mode has been extended to all investors under resident / non-resident individual category with effect from May 19, 2025. Accordingly, individual investors can transfer the units held in SoA / Non-Demat mode for reasons like transfer to siblings, gifting of units, transfer of units to third party and addition/deletion of unit holder. The procedure for transfer of units in SOA (Non-Demat) mode is given in our Notice-cum-Addendum dated November 28, 2024. 

Pursuant to the above change, necessary changes will be carried out at relevant places in the Scheme Information Documents (‘SIDs’) and Key Information Memorandums (‘KIMs’) of the Schemes of Invesco Mutual Fund (except ETFs), as applicable and Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of the Fund. 

All other terms & conditions of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes of the Fund and SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes of the Fund and SAI of the Fund, as amended from time to time.
