Solarium Green Energy sings MoUs for the supply of solar PV modules

Solarium Green Energy has signed multiple Memorandums of Understandings (MoUs) with reputed solar industry players for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules with an aggregate capacity of 100 megawatts (MW), valued at around Rs 140 crore. The company has signed first MoU with Solergy India for 35 MW Capacity; the company has signed another MoU with Sunstore Solar for 30 MW Capacity; the company has signed another MoU with ARM Renewables for 20 MW Capacity; and the company has inked another MoU with Suntek Energy Systems (Truzon Solar) for 15 MW Capacity. 

The total estimated module supply volume under these MOUs is around 1,41,000 units. These modules will be manufactured at the company’s upcoming state-of-the-art solar module manufacturing facility, which is expected to be commissioned by January 2026. The plant will produce G12 and G12R series solar modules, featuring the latest technology with power outputs exceeding 720 WP and 620 WP, respectively.

The company provides turnkey solar solutions, including design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, transmission systems, and Operation & Maintenance for residential, commercial, industrial, and government solar projects.
