PGIM India Asset Management announces Enabling Daily, Weekly and Quarterly STP facility in Designated Schemes

PGIM India Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (‘SID’), Key Information Memorandum (‘KIM’) of Schemes and Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of PGIM India Mutual Fund.

With reference to its Notice Cum Addendum dated February 05, 2026 and June 27, 2023 regarding re-opening of subscriptions in PGIM India Global Equity Opportunities Fund of Fund, PGIM India Emerging Markets Equity Fund of Fund and PGIM India Global Select Real Estate Securities Fund of Fund (‘Designated Schemes’) and allowing fresh Systematic Transfer Plans (only monthly frequency) for Designated Schemes.

SEBI vide its letter dated June 17, 2022 has permitted Mutual Funds to accept subscriptions and to invest in overseas funds /securities upto the headroom available without breaching the overseas investment limits as of EOD of February 1, 2022 at Mutual Fund level.

In view of the above, PGIM India Mutual Fund has informed that the AMC has decided to enable Daily, Weekly and Quarterly frequencies under Systematic Transfer Plan (STP) in addition to the existing Monthly frequency, for Designated Schemes with effect from March 01, 2026 in the following manner: Fresh Systematic Investment Plans (all frequencies) /Systematic Transfer Plans (all frequencies) /Switch-ins and Lumpsum transaction of maximum of Rs 5,00,000/- per day, per investor, per scheme (at Primary holder PAN level) received before the cut-off time on any business day.

This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SIDs and KIMs of the Designated Schemes and SAI of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SIDs, KIMs of the Designated Schemes and SAI of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
