Baroda BNP Paribas AMC announces Merger of Credit Risk Fund into Short Duration Fund

Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Baroda BNP Paribas Credit Risk Fund and Baroda BNP Paribas Short Duration Fund.

Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has informed that the Board of Directors of Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India (‘AMC’) and Baroda BNP Paribas Trustee India (‘Trustees’) have approved the Merger of Baroda BNP Paribas Credit Risk Fund (an open-ended debt scheme predominantly investing in AA and below rated corporate bonds (excluding AA+ rated corporate bonds) with Relatively High Interest Rate Risk and High Credit Risk scheme) into Baroda BNP Paribas Short Duration Fund (an open-ended short term debt scheme investing in instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 1 year and 3 years with relatively High Interest Rate Risk and Moderate Credit Risk Scheme) (the schemes). The merger will be effective from August 21, 2026 (Effective Date). 

All other features, terms and conditions of the scheme(s), as stated in the SID & KIM of the scheme(s), read with the addenda issued from time to time, remain unchanged. Contents hereof shall respectively form an integral part of the SID/ KIM of the scheme(s) of the Fund as amended from time to time and all other features / terms and conditions as mentioned therein shall remain unchanged.
