SBI Mutual Fund files offer document for Balanced Hybrid Fund

SBI Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended balanced scheme named ‘SBI Balanced Hybrid Fund ‘. The New Fund Offer price will be Rs 10 per unit during the NFO. Entry load  will be nil and Exit load will be NIL -If units purchased or  switched in from another scheme of the  Fund  are  redeemed  or  switched  out  upto 10%  of  the  units (the  limit)  purchased  or  switched  on  or  before  1  year  from  the date of allotment;1% of the applicable NAV -If units purchased or switched in from another  scheme  of  the  Fund  are  redeemed  or  switched  out  in excess of the limit on or before 1 year from the date of allotment; and NIL -If units purchased or  switched in from another scheme of the Fund are redeemed or switched out after 1 year from the date of allotment. The Scheme does not offer any Plans/Options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.

The performance will be benchmarked against NIFTY 50 HYBRID COMPOSITE DEBT 50:50. The minimum application will be Rs 5000 and in multiples thereof Re 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation and income by investing only in equity and debt instruments.
