HDFC Mutual Fund files offer document for FTSE India ETF

HDFC Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended scheme named ‘HDFC FTSE India ETF'. The New Fund Offer price will be 1/100th of the Value of the Underlying Index as on date of Allotment of Units during the NFO. Entry load and Exit load will be Nil. The Scheme does not offer any Plans/Options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 5 crore.

The performance will be benchmarked against FTSE India Index (TRI). The minimum application will be Rs 500 and in multiples thereof Rs 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns that are commensurate (before fees and expenses) with the performance of the FTSE India Index (TRI).
