HDFC AMC announces change in information on Trustee Directors

HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC Mutual Fund.  HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that, Jimmy Tata has been appointed as an Associate Director on the Board of HDFC Trustee Company (‘Trustee Company’), the Trustee to HDFC Mutual Fund, with effect from September 08, 2026. Accordingly, following details shall be included in the section ‘Details of Trustee Directors’ in the SAI:

Jimmy Tata (60 year), holds a Master of Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management and is a Chartered Financial Analyst from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India.  Mr. Tata has an overall experience of over 35 years in the Banking and Financial sector. He is associated with HDFC Bank since 1994 and is currently the Chief Credit Officer. The role involves developing Credit Risk Programmes and Policy, Underwriting of Loans and Credit Products, monitoring of all portfolios and Receivables Management in addition to Credit Analytics and Fraud Control. 

He joined as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking Department and over the years was promoted as Head of the Corporate Banking Department. In June 2013 he was appointed as Chief Risk Officer of HDFC Bank. Prior to joining HDFC Bank, he worked for Strategic Consultants and Apple Industries. Mr. Tata is a Director on the Board of International Asset Reconstruction Co. and a Trustee of HDB Employees Welfare Trust. He also served as a Director on the Board of HDB Financial Services till July 14, 2026.

Consequentially, Bhavesh Zaveri, Associate Director on the Board of Trustee Company, shall cease to be a Director with immediate effect. Consequently, all references to Bhavesh Zaveri in the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) stand deleted. All other contents of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
