IDFC Mutual Fund files offer document for Fixed Term Plan-Series 146 to 155

IDFC Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open ended scheme named as ‘IDFC Fixed Term Plan-Series 146 to 155’. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. Entry load and exit load will be nil for the scheme.

The Scheme offers Growth and Dividend Option and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20,00,00,000. The performance for schemes having maturity  of  up  to  3 months (from the date of allotment including date of allotment) will be benchmarked against Crisil  Liquid  Fund  Index, for scheme having maturity of more  than  3  months  up  to  36  months  (from  the  date  of  allotment including date of allotment) will be benchmarked against Crisil Short-Term Bond Fund Index, and for  scheme  having  maturity  of more than 36 months up to 120 months (from the date of allotment including date of allotment) will be benchmarked against Crisil  Composite  Bond  Fund  Index. The minimum application amount for new purchase is Rs 5,000 and multiple of Rs10 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income by investing in a portfolio of debt and  money market  instruments  maturing  on  or  before  the maturity of each Series(s) under the scheme.
