Baroda Mutual Fund files offer document for Business Cycle Fund

Baroda Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open ended equity scheme named ‘Baroda Business Cycle Fund ’. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. Entry load will be nil and Exit load for Redemption/switch  out of units up to 10% of the units allotted before 1year from date of allotment: NIL; For redemption / switch out of units within 1year from the date of allotment: 1.00% of applicable NAV. For redemption/switch out of units after 1year from the date of allotment: NIL. The Scheme offers Growth Option and Income Distribution Cum Capital Withdrawal Option for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked by BSE 500 TRI .The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation for investors by investing predominantly in equity and equity related securities with a focus on riding business cycles through dynamical location between various sectors and stocks at different stages of business cycles in the economy.
