Jul-07-2020

Copper futures ended higher on Monday, buoyed by expectations of a revival in Chinese economic activity despite surging corona virus pandemic cases. Further, concerns over the output in the world's top copper producer Chile also supported copper prices.

Copper futures for September delivery added $0.0260 to settle at $2.7745 a pound on the Comex metals division of New York Mercantile Exchange. Copper on the London Metal Exchange was up 1.85% at $6,128.50 a ton.
