Mar-06-2021
Copper futures finished higher on Friday bolstered by some bargain hunting at the prevailing lower rates. However, gains remained trimmed on firmer dollar and peaking bond yields. The red metal for the most active contract fell around 5% for the week.

Copper futures for May delivery rose by $0.970 to settle at $ 4.0755 a pound on the Comex metals division of New York Mercantile Exchange. Copper on the London Metal Exchange was down 0.13% or $ 12 at $ 8,895.50 a ton.
