Jun-21-2019

Gold futures ended near six year high level on Thursday, amid US-Iran tensions. Meanwhile, a sharp dip in dollar also triggered bullish bets in bullion, as it made dollar denominated bullion cheaper for other currency holders.

Gold futures for August delivery settled 3.6% higher at $1,396.90 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. Spot gold jumped 2.2% to $1,390.38 per ounce.
