Bajaj Housing Finance, Landmark Cars and Kaycee Industries to see some action today

Bajaj Housing Finance has raised Rs 1500.45 crore through the allotment of 1,50,000 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD), at face value of Rs 1,00,000 each having Issue Price of Rs 1,00,030 (including premium per NCD of Rs 30) on private placement basis. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held on October 17, 2024, allotted the same. 

Landmark Cars has received a Letter of Intent from BYD India for opening a showroom in the city of Faridabad in Haryana. This showroom will be established by Watermark Cars, a wholly owned subsidiary company of Landmark Cars. Landmark is already present in the city of Faridabad with its outlet for VW and with this outlet for BYD it will be able to enhance its operational efficiency.

Kaycee Industries has completed the acquisition of 30% stake on a fully diluted basis in Ultrafast Chargers for a cash consideration of Rs 8 crore. Ultrafast Chargers, a start-up firm based out of Bangalore, engaged in making High –End DC Fast Charging Station for the electric vehicles in India. As the result of acquisition, Ultrafast Chargers has become an Associate Entity of Kaycee Industries.

Diamond Power Infrastructure has received a letter of intent from Reverence Infrastructure India LLP worth Rs 99.95 crore for supply of Power Cables. The said order is expected to be executed by March, 2025.

DCW is planning to invest in the expansion of its CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) production capacity. With this investment in expansion, the total production capacity of CPVC Division of the company will increase by 30,000 Metric Tonnes (MT), growing from the current capacity of 20,000 MT to a total of 50,000 MT.

Western Carriers (India) (WCIL) has been selected as the sole supply chain partner for in-plant logistics & container rake transportation for Tata Steel Sponge Iron Joda (TSSIJ) plant in Joda, Odisha for a three-year period. This order entails entire logistics support and container rake transportation for both loose and bagged direct reduced iron (DRI/ Sponge Iron).

Infosys has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2024 (Q2FY25). The company has reported 9.10% rise in its net profit at Rs 6,813 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 6,245 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 5.93% at Rs 35,994 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 33,979 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. On consolidated basis, the company has reported 4.84% rise in net profit at Rs 6,516 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 6,215 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 5.23% at Rs 41,698 crore for Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 39,626 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
