Rail Vikas Nigam rises on signing MoU with GBHIC

Rail Vikas Nigam is currently trading at Rs. 419.50, up by 3.05 points or 0.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 416.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 420.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 423.75 and Rs. 412.60 respectively. So far 268599 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 647.00 on 15-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 181.30 on 09-Jan-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 439.35 and Rs. 408.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 87549.99 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.38% and 15.79% respectively.

Rail Vikas Nigam has signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) with M/s GBH International Contracting LLC (GBHIC), a Dubai, United Arab Emirates based Company. The company has signed MoU to work together to explore the business opportunities in the civil infrastructure sector in GCC Countries.

Earlier, the company had signed MoU with Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) for ‘Construction of internal flyovers to enhance the smooth evacuation of cargo and eliminate the 11 level crossings that currently hindering the free flow of traffic at VPA’. 

Rail Vikas Nigam is in the business of executing all types of railway projects including new lines, doubling, gauge conversion, railway electrification, metro projects, workshops, major bridges, construction of cable stayed bridges, institution buildings etc.
