Bajaj Housing Finance rises on raising Rs 2,898.83 crore through NCDs

Bajaj Housing Finance is currently trading at Rs. 123.35, up by 2.50 points or 2.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 120.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 122.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 124.50 and Rs. 120.75 respectively. So far 1818895 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 188.45 on 18-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 120.50 on 07-Jan-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 128.20 and Rs. 120.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 102935.89 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 88.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.62% and 7.64% respectively.

Bajaj Housing Finance has raised Rs 2,898.83 crore through the allotment of 2,87,500 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), at face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on private placement basis. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the company has at its meeting held on January 8, 2025, allotted the same. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE.
