Keystone Realtors slips despite logging 40% growth in pre-sales in Q3FY25

Keystone Realtors is currently trading at Rs. 669.75, down by 1.05 points or 0.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 670.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 668.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 683.05 and Rs. 662.55 respectively. So far 346 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 799.95 on 11-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 585.00 on 15-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 688.65 and Rs. 642.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8382.51 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 78.35%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.53% and 2.11% respectively.

Keystone Realtors has achieved 40% growth in pre-sales to Rs 863 crore in Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 616 crore in Q3FY24. In Q2FY25, pre-sales stood at Rs 700 crore. Its collection stood at Rs 542 crore in Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 452 crore in Q3FY24, showing a growth of 20% YoY basis.

The company has added 2 Projects in Q3FY25 with a GDV of Rs 980 crore. These strategic additions align with its goal to maintain and strengthen company’s leadership in the redevelopment space. During Q3FY25, company has completed 1 RERA project (‘Wing H’ at Global City Virar) with total construction area of 0.08 mn sqft.
