PVR Inox gains on planning to add 200 screens in two years

PVR Inox is currently trading at Rs. 965.80, up by 6.00 points or 0.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 959.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 968.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 970.30 and Rs. 956.35 respectively. So far 1995 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1748.25 on 27-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 825.65 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 994.95 and Rs. 955.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9469.42 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 27.53%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 56.69% and 15.78% respectively.

PVR Inox is planning to add around 200 screens in two years at an investment of up to Rs 400 crore. The company's expansion plans will majorly focus on South India, followed by smaller cities and towns in the next two years. 

PVR Inox is the largest film exhibition company in India.
