Mahindra Finance zooms on reporting marginal rise in overall disbursement in Q1FY26

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 270.10, up by 8.15 points or 3.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 261.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 263.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 273.85 and Rs. 263.25 respectively. So far 391014 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 333.63 on 27-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 235.46 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 274.40 and Rs. 259.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 37550.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.16%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.99% and 5.85% respectively. 

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has reported around 1% growth in overall disbursement to around Rs 12,800 crore in Q1FY26 (excluding finance lease). 

Business Assets at around Rs 1,21,800 crore grew by around 15% over June 2024. The Collection Efficiency (CE) is estimated at 95% for Q1FY26 (In Q1FY25, CE was 94%).

As at June 30, 2025, Stage-3 is estimated in the range of 3.8% to 3.9% (vs. 3.7% as at March 31, 2025 and 3.6% as at June 30, 2024) and Stage-2 is estimated in the range of 5.8% to 5.9% (vs. 5.4% as at March 31, 2025 and 6.1% as at June 30, 2024). The Company continued to enjoy a comfortable liquidity position on its Balance Sheet, with a liquidity chest of over Rs 9,600 crore.
