MOIL reports 6.8% rise in manganese ore output in Q1FY26

MOIL has reported a 6.8 per cent year-on-year rise in its manganese ore output to 5.02 lakh tonnes in the April-June quarter (Q1FY26). MOIL scales new heights in April-June, 2025. Registers record quarterly production since inception. In June 2025, MOIL recorded its highest-ever production of 1.68 lakh tonnes of manganese ore, marking a 2 per cent increase over the corresponding period last year.

MOIL is the largest iron ore company in India and fifth largest in world. It currently operates seven underground mines (Kandri, Munsar, Beldongri, Gumgaon, Chikla, Balaghat and Ukwa mines) and three opencast mines (Dongri Buzurg, Sitapatore/Sukli, and Tirodi).
