Sobha trades higher on registering 11% rise in total sales value during Q1FY26

Sobha is currently trading at Rs. 1523.60, up by 7.95 points or 0.52% from its previous closing of Rs. 1515.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1547.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1550.00 and Rs. 1480.85 respectively. So far 19511 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2070.95 on 08-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1075.70 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1550.00 and Rs. 1474.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 16295.49 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.88%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 32.89% and 14.24% respectively.

Sobha has reported 10.95% rise in total sales value to Rs 2078.80 crore in Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 1873.70 crore in Q1FY25. In Q4FY25, its total sales value stood at Rs 1835.70 crore. The average price realization stood at Rs 14,395/ square feet in Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 15,941/ square feet in Q1FY25. Besides, Sobha share of the sales value was at Rs 1717.20 crore in Q1FY26. 

Sobha is one of the fastest growing and foremost backward integrated real estate players in the country. It primarily focuses on residential and contractual projects.
