Insolation Energy gains as its arms get LoA for 34 MW solar power project under PMKUSUM scheme

Insolation Energy is currently trading at Rs. 196.95, up by 3.20 points or 1.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 193.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 194.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 196.95 and Rs. 194.00 respectively. So far 102000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 475.00 on 08-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 189.95 on 15-Sep-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 207.50 and Rs. 189.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4339.66 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 66.02%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.36% and 32.62% respectively.

Insolation Energy’s subsidiaries -- Insolation Green Infra, MGVI Green Infra One and MGVI Green Infra Two have been awarded Letter of Award (LOA) for design, Survey, Supply, Installation, Testing, commissioning, Operation & Maintenance for 25 years from COD of grid connected solar power plants through RESCO Mode, its associated 11 KV line to connect the plant with various 33/11 KV sub-stations and remote monitoring system (RMS) of solar power plants under PMKUSUM Component A Scheme of Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam (JDVVNL) for 17 sites. The order is to be executed in financial year 2026-27.

The combined SPV Solar Power plant shall be 34 MW under PMKUSUM Component A Scheme from these LOAs, with the final levelized tariff shall be Rs 3.02 per unit for 1 site, Rs 2.70 per unit for 13 sites and Rs 2.65 per unit for 3 sites. The contract will lead to an investment of around Rs 113 crore (including GST) in setting up the 34 MW SPV Solar Power plants and these plants will generate annual revenue of around Rs 14.74 crore.
