Agarwal Industrial Corporation gains on securing tender worth Rs 330.06 crore

Agarwal Industrial Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 921.00, up by 10.30 points or 1.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 910.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 910.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 960.00 and Rs. 905.75 respectively. So far 9163 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1383.15 on 19-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 767.05 on 29-Aug-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 960.00 and Rs. 902.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1382.25 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.05% and 36.76% respectively.

Agarwal Industrial Corporation has secured a tender from Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), one of India’s leading Public Sector Undertakings. Under this tender, the company has been awarded the supply of Bulk Bitumen (VG-30 & VG-40 Grades) to Kakinada locations, comprising firm quantity of around 60,500 MT across 11 parcels and optional quantity of around 33,000 MT across 6 parcels. This aggregates to a total quantity of around 93,500 MT. 

The estimated value of the firm orders is around Rs 213.56 crore, while optional orders is around Rs 116.50 crore. Together, the total estimated value of the tender is around Rs 330.06 crore (based on current market prices).

Agarwal Industrial Corporation is principally engaged in the business activities of manufacturing and trading of Petrochemicals (Bitumen and Bituminous Products), Logistics of Bitumen and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and energy generation through Wind Mills.
