Natco Pharma trades higher on the BSE

Natco Pharma is currently trading at Rs. 885.00, up by 27.50 points or 3.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 857.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 855.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 896.70 and Rs. 855.40 respectively. So far 119203 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1566.75 on 18-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 660.05 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 896.70 and Rs. 849.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15822.57 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.56%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.16% and 29.28% respectively.

Natco Pharma’s Hyderabad pharma division has received Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) classifying the facility as Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA). 

Earlier, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) had conducted an inspection at its Pharma division located in Kothur, Hyderabad, India.

Natco Pharma was promoted as a private company to be in the business of research, developing, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical substances and finished dosage forms for Indian and International markets.
