Syrma SGS Technology trades higher on the BSE

Syrma SGS Technology is currently trading at Rs. 775.00, up by 6.25 points or 0.81% from its previous closing of Rs. 768.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 778.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 788.15 and Rs. 767.00 respectively. So far 34635 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 873.80 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 355.05 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 801.90 and Rs. 765.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 14888.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 42.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 23.40% and 33.62% respectively.

Syrma SGS Technology and Premier Energies have entered into definitive agreements to acquire 100% ownership of KSolare Energy, a leading solar inverter manufacturer, in the ratio of 51:49 respectively for a total consideration of Rs 170 crore. 

The acquisition marks Premier Energies and Syrma SGS’s foray into the fast-growing residential solar inverter segment, aligned with the Government of India’s PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. The joint-venture plans to set up a new brownfield manufacturing facility in Pune to scale up production capacity to one million inverters annually. The business will benefit from Premier Energies extensive sales and distribution network in the solar sector and Syrma SGS’s expertise in electronics manufacturing. Mr. Sunil Sinnarkar, Founder and Managing Director of KSolare, will take on the position of Executive Director in the combined business to ensure a smooth transition.
