Waaree Energies soars as its arm incorporates two wholly-owned subsidiaries

Waaree Energies is currently trading at Rs. 2928.25, up by 50.95 points or 1.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 2877.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2910.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2980.00 and Rs. 2901.00 respectively. So far 30857 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3864.40 on 12-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1808.65 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2989.70 and Rs. 2839.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 84211.19 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.22%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.17% and 26.60% respectively.

Waaree Energies’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- Waaree Forever Energies has incorporated two wholly-owned subsidiaries viz; Zephyr Green Power and Jal Surya Power on December 18, 2025. The subsidiaries are incorporated solely for the purpose of facilitating and holding specific power projects under the IPP framework.

Waaree Energies is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture of solar photo-voltaic modules, setting up of projects in solar space and sale of electricity.
