IHCL’s Taj Innercircle-NeuPass enters marketing collaborations with Shangri-La Circle, MyMillennium

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has entered into marketing collaborations for its loyalty program Taj InnerCircle- NeuPass with Shangri-La Circle of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and MyMillennium of Millennium Hotels & Resorts. These alliances will offer members enhanced travel and stay benefits across participating hotels worldwide.

Under the collaborations, Taj InnerCircle-NeuPass, Shangri-La Circle and MyMillennium members will gain access to extensive global portfolios. Members will enjoy reciprocal benefits, including preferred rates across participating hotels worldwide, through authenticated journeys across all brand platforms, reinforcing exclusivity.

Shangri-La offers luxury accommodations of over 40,000 rooms across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Oceania. Shangri-La Group, a leading global hospitality brand established in 1971 and a subsidiary of Kerry Properties, operates 105 luxury hotels across 78 destinations. Millennium Hotels and Resorts is Singapore’s Most Valuable Hotel Brand by Brand Finance in 2025. Marking its second consecutive year, the recognition cements the brand as Singapore’s leading hospitality brand on the world stage.
