Jay Kailash Namkeen soars on entering into agreement to set up manufacturing unit in Pune

Jay Kailash Namkeen is currently trading at Rs. 20.84, up by 0.67 points or 3.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 20.17 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 20.27 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 20.90 and Rs. 20.00 respectively. So far 20800 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 85.50 on 29-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 20.01 on 19-Dec-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 22.43 and Rs. 20.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10.44 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 31.20%, while Non-Institutions held 68.80% in the company.  

Jay Kailash Namkeen has entered into a lease agreement with Walhekar Infra and Shekhar Dnyanoba Walhekar to set up new manufacturing unit in Pune for manufacturing of Namkeen and food products. The lease agreement is for 8 years on monthly rent of Rs 1.32 lakh.

Jay Kailash Namkeen is engaged in the business of manufacturing of packaged Indian snacks.
