Sigma Advanced Systems bags Rs 155 crore orders in consortium with Indrajaal
Aug-18-2026

Sigma Advanced Systems and Indrajaal Autonomous Defense Systems (Indrajaal) in consortium have bagged orders worth Rs 155 crore for ‘Indrajaal Ranger (Ranger)’ from government of India. Of the total, a Rs 145 crore order brings the capability to India’s border-security environment. A separate around Rs 10 crore Urban Police order introduces Ranger for VVIP (Very Very Important Person) protection and urban security.

The Indrajaal Ranger is India’s only Anti-Rogue Drone Technology Committee (ARDTC) approved Anti-Drone Patrol Vehicle, conceived and developed as a mobile Counter-UAS platform capable of delivering full mission capability while travelling at high speeds. Unlike conventional fixed-site systems, Ranger enables security agencies to carry protected airspace wherever the mission demands - along borders, VVIP routes, public events or critical infrastructure.

Sigma Advanced Systems is a globally integrated aerospace and defence company with decades of manufacturing experience.
