Meanwhile, the YSR Congress Party has demanded the resignation of Education Minister Nara Lokesh and sought an impartial CBI inquiry into alleged irregularities in the DSC 2025 teacher recruitment process. Party spokespeople Konda Rajiv Gandhi and former MP Margani Bharath are pressing for Lokesh's resignation, citing numerous recruitment breaches, including fake BC and sports-quota certificates. They alleged that even members of the same families secured jobs using mere participation certificates and alleged that teacher posts were effectively being sold.

The leaders presented strong evidence to support their claims while accusing Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu of protecting Lokesh. They also alleged that the coalition government was filing cases against social-media activists, unemployed youth and journalists who were questioning the DSC recruitment process and they questioned why action was not being taken against those who allegedly secured jobs using fake documents.

The YSRCP leaders also alleged that some candidates were appointed without clearing the mandatory Teacher Eligibility Test examination, and said this raised serious questions about the manner in which the DSC recruitment process was conducted.
