Tega Industries zooms as its arm bags contract worth Rs 126 crore

Tega Industries is currently trading at Rs. 2115.00, up by 169.95 points or 8.74% from its previous closing of Rs. 1945.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1945.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2134.60 and Rs. 1932.65 respectively. So far 121718 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2,148.00 on 21-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1474.00 on 30-Jul-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2,148.00 and Rs. 1632.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15931.58 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.50%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.46% and 11.04% respectively.

Tega Industries’ (Tega) wholly owned material subsidiary-- Tega McNally Minerals (TMML) has entered into a contract with Kalpataru Projects International, for design, engineering, manufacture, inspection, transportation, supply, supervision of erection, testing, commissioning and performance guarantee demonstration (the contract) having an aggregate value of Rs 126 crore (excluding GST) to be executed over a period of 14 months.
