Knack Packaging shines on securing new order for supply packaging material

Knack Packaging is currently trading at Rs. 188.60, up by 7.60 points or 4.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 181.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 182.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 189.25 and Rs. 175.25 respectively. So far 180900 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 221.90 on 10-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 171.40 on 16-Sep-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 189.25 and Rs. 174.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2313.31 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.59%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.32% and 20.09% respectively.

Knack Packaging has secured new order and renewal of contract for a period of three years from one of the largest private corporations in the World including United States of America (USA) and leader in Animal Nutrition and Feed Company in USA. 

Under the new order and renewable of the contract, the company will supply packaging material, including PLWPP Bags and Pinch Bottom Bags, aggregating to around 60 million bags per annum, having a value of around Rs 150 crore per annum.

Knack Packaging is engaged in the manufacturing and export of PP/HDPE Woven Sacks and BOPP Laminated PP Woven Bags. Its solutions enhance brand visibility on packaging, reduce the risk of counterfeiting, and improve operational performance.
