Zodiac Energy rises on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Zodiac Energy is currently trading at Rs. 216.45, up by 2.60 points or 1.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 213.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 215.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 217.80 and Rs. 212.95 respectively. So far 218 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 415.05 on 07-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 204.00 on 01-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 220.15 and Rs. 210.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 330.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.34 % and 29.70% respectively.

Zodiac Energy has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Zodiac Energy IPP-4’ on October 06, 2026. The wholly owned subsidiary has been incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to undertake a projects relating to solar power generation, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) activities.

The incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiary is in line with the company's business expansion strategy and is expected to strengthen its operational capabilities while facilitating the execution of solar power generation and EPC projects.

Zodiac Energy is engaged in the business of installation of Solar Power Generation Plant/Items.
