LEAP India rises on making further investment in LEAP MENA Holdings

Leap India is currently trading at Rs. 144.00, up by 2.65 points or 1.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 141.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 142.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 145.50 and Rs. 142.15 respectively. So far 87382 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 172.35 on 31-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 128.50 on 16-Sep-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 145.50 and Rs. 133.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6310.68 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.64%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.51% and 19.85% respectively.

LEAP India has made a further investment by way of subscription to the equity share capital of its wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in the UAE, namely, LEAP MENA Holdings. The company has remitted $1,000,000 towards subscription to 999,999,999 equity shares of $0.001 each. Based on the applicable remittance exchange rate of $1 = Rs 96.44, the amount remitted is equivalent to approximately Rs 9.64 crore.

LEAP MENA is authorised to carry on the business of a holding company as authorised under the commercial license, issued by the Abu Dhabi Global Market. LEAP MENA will be further used to infuse equity capital or debt into its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. LEAP Pallet Pooling Trading LLC, which in turn will be used for business use for investment into assets and working capital.

Leap India is engaged in the business of pooling of resources for providing customised and best in class services to automotive sector and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry in the supply chain arena.
