IIFL Finance moves up on raising Rs 46.50 crore through NCDs

IIFL Finance is currently trading at Rs. 603.00, up by 2.20 points or 0.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 600.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 602.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 605.65 and Rs. 590.65 respectively. So far 24878 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 704.90 on 24-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 409.45 on 27-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 608.95 and Rs. 577.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 25431.59 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 24.85%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.36% and 43.78% respectively.

IIFL Finance has raised Rs 46.50 crore through the allotment of 4,650 Secured, Listed, Rated, Market Linked, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 each under Series MLD 1, in dematerialised form and on private placement basis. The NCDs are listed on National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide Resolution dated October 5, 2026, approved allotment of the same.

IIFL Finance is a Non-Banking Financial Company not accepting public deposits registered with the RBI and primarily engaged in financing and related activities. The company offers a broad suite of financial products and deals majorly into loans such as gold loan, business loans, loan against property, supply chain finance.
